These terms govern your access to and use of CyberWise (the “Service”). By creating an account or purchasing the course, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The service
CyberWise is an online educational course — short lessons, downloadable resources, and links to trusted sources. Content may be updated, added to, or reorganized over time.
2. Your account
You sign in with a one-time email link. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email/account secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know about any unauthorized use.
3. Purchase and access
The course is a single, one-time payment processed by Stripe — there is no subscription. Once purchased, you get full access to the course content for personal use, including future updates to that content. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the lessons or downloads, attempt to circumvent access controls, or scrape the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The course content, materials, and branding are owned by CyberWiseor its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
6. Educational purpose & disclaimer
The Service is for general education only and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. It’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we don’t guarantee any particular outcome.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberWise will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we’ll note material changes. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
